What we actually do

We're operators first. The AI is just the tool that fixes it.

Most AI companies show up with a product and go looking for a place to put it. We start the other way around: a structured audit of how work really moves through your business — who touches what, where it stalls, and where the week disappears.

Then we put Wynston behind the biggest leak, connect it to the systems you already run on, and stay responsible for it every month after that.

Our background is in small and mid-size business operations and management as much as it is in AI product development. That matters more than it sounds: knowing where an operation actually hurts is a different discipline from building the engine that fixes it, and Wynston only disappears into your business when both are done well.

Meet the engine

Wynston.

The private AI engine built for small business.

Most AI services require you to log into complex new dashboards, paste sensitive data into public tools, or pay endless per-user software fees.

We take a completely different approach with Wynston, our proprietary AI engine.

New connections added continuously. If something you rely on isn't on the list, we build the connection — and if no tool exists for what you need, Wynston fills the gap itself.
01

Invisible integration — zero switching costs

Wynston operates quietly behind the scenes inside your current tools: email, Slack, your CRM, QuickBooks, Excel. Your team keeps working exactly as they do today. Wynston just handles the heavy lifting automatically.

02

100% dedicated private cloud

Your AI engine runs on its own isolated private cloud server, managed by us. Your business records, contracts and financial files never mix with public AI systems or leave your private perimeter.

03

Continuously adaptive

Wynston uses an open-source architecture designed to evolve. As your business grows or new technology emerges, we update your private engine with new capabilities at no additional cost.

The three core bottlenecks we solve

Where is friction hiding in your business?

We use Wynston to target and eliminate the three primary operational bottlenecks that drain small business productivity.

01

The text & information bottleneck

Unstructured data
The problem

Staff spend hours searching through messy drives, digging for past contracts, or reading long email threads to find routine answers.

The Wynston fix

Connects to all your files privately, giving your team an instant answer engine directly inside email or team chat.

02

The response time bottleneck

Sales latency
The problem

Inbound leads wait hours for quotes or follow-ups because sales managers are stuck doing manual administrative paperwork.

The Wynston fix

Drafts personalized quotes, schedules appointments, and sends instant lead responses in under 90 seconds.

03

The admin & data entry bottleneck

Operational friction
The problem

Employees waste time manually copying data between spreadsheets, invoicing tools, and CRMs.

The Wynston fix

Automatically parses invoices, extracts critical fields, updates accounting systems, and flags billing discrepancies.

See it work

Five jobs Wynston does before you reach the office.

Pick a scenario, then work the desk yourself — choose a record, ask the assistant a question, take the action. The counters move while you watch.

Illustrative walkthroughs. Sample records, not live systems.

Try it yourself — this demo is live. Click a record in the desk below, ask the assistant a question, then take the action.

Example / 01

Turn an inquiry into an owned next step.

The problem

A quote request lands at 4pm while the team is on site. By the time someone reads it the next morning, the customer has called two competitors.

  1. 01
    Read the inquiry

Pulls out what was actually asked for, whether it arrived as a form, an email or a DM.

  2. 02
    Retrieve context

Checks the customer against your CRM, past jobs and current price list.

  3. 03
    Draft the reply

A priced, personalised response in your voice, ready for one human glance.

  4. 04
    Record & follow up

Logs the thread to the CRM and schedules the chase if no reply lands.

What changes

First response in under 90 seconds, day or night — and nothing drops because a person was busy.

Talk about this →

Example / 02

From a supplier PDF to a checked ledger line.

The problem

Invoices arrive as attachments from a dozen suppliers in a dozen layouts. Someone retypes them, and the mismatches surface a month later.

  1. 01
    Read the document

Pulls line items, totals, dates and references out of the PDF, whatever shape the supplier sends.

  2. 02
    Match the record

Against the purchase order, the delivery note and the rate you actually agreed.

  3. 03
    Flag the exception

Overages, duplicates and missing references are held back for a human instead of posted quietly.

  4. 04
    Post to accounts

The clean ones go straight into your accounting platform, coded and attached to the original.

What changes

The routine ones post themselves. Only genuine discrepancies reach a person — the week they happen, not at year end.

Talk about this →

Example / 03

Ask the business a question, get an answer with a source.

The problem

The answer exists — in a contract from 2022, a policy doc, or an email thread nobody can name. Finding it costs half an hour and usually ends in asking the owner.

  1. 01
    Connect your files

Drives, mailboxes and shared folders, indexed inside your own private cloud rather than a public model.

  2. 02
    Ask in plain language

From the inbox or the team chat your staff already have open — no new tool to learn.

  3. 03
    Read the answer

With the document and the clause it came from, so it can be checked rather than trusted.

  4. 04
    Escalate what’s unclear

When the files genuinely do not settle it, the question goes to a named person instead of a guess.

What changes

A thirty-second answer instead of a thirty-minute hunt — and the owner stops being the search engine.

Talk about this →

Example / 04

Stop paying people to retype what already exists.

The problem

The same customer detail gets typed into the inbox, the spreadsheet, the quoting tool and the CRM. Each copy drifts, and month end is wrong in a way nobody can trace.

  1. 01
    Watch the conversation

Email threads, quotes and job notes, as they happen, without anyone remembering to log them.

  2. 02
    Extract what changed

A new address, a revised price, a moved date — the facts, separated from the pleasantries.

  3. 03
    Update every system

CRM, spreadsheet and job sheet move together, so no copy is quietly older than the others.

  4. 04
    Surface the conflicts

Where two systems disagree, Wynston says so rather than picking a winner on your behalf.

What changes

One record per customer, current everywhere, with data entry in nobody’s job description.

Talk about this →

Example / 05

Keep the feed moving without a marketing hire.

The problem

Posts go out when someone remembers. Comments and DMs sit for days — and the ones that were actually enquiries get lost among them.

  1. 01
    Plan the month

A calendar built from your services, your season and what performed last time.

  2. 02
    Draft in your voice

Posts and captions written against your brand rules, with the right assets already attached.

  3. 03
    Schedule & publish

Queued across your channels, with everything visible and editable before it goes live.

  4. 04
    Reply & escalate

Answers the routine comments and DMs, and hands the real enquiries to the lead desk.

What changes

A month of posts queued ahead, every comment answered the same day, and buying questions routed to a person instead of buried.

  1. Step 1

    The operational audit & strategy

  2. Step 2

Private cloud provisioning & Wynston configuration

We set up your isolated private cloud server, configure the Wynston engine around your data, and integrate it into your current tools.

  3. Step 3

Seamless automation with zero maintenance stress. One flat monthly retainer covers server hosting, continuous upgrades, and on-call support whenever you need changes.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers.

What is the Wynston engine?

Wynston is our proprietary AI automation engine. It uses advanced open-source AI models paired with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect your business tools together safely and intelligently on a private cloud server.

Why do you host this on a private cloud instead of our office hardware?

Hosting on a dedicated private cloud gives you enterprise-grade performance and reliability without requiring you to buy, store, or maintain physical servers in your office. You get your own dedicated cloud instance, and your data remains completely isolated.

How is the monthly fee structured?

You pay an upfront setup fee for system configuration and private cloud provisioning, followed by a flat monthly managed retainer. That retainer covers private server hosting, continuous Wynston updates, new feature additions, and direct access to our team for technical support.

Will my employees have to learn a complicated new system?

No. Our core philosophy is invisible integration. Wynston connects to the tools your team already uses every day — Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Excel, your CRM. They interact with it through standard emails, messages, and familiar forms.
